Mountasia is a small family amusement park located in Houston. Attractions include miniature golf, Turbo Go-Karts and bumper boats. They also feature a game room and batting cages and offer free admission and parking.

NRH2O is a 60-acre water park located in North Richland Hills. Open since June 1995, it is the first municipally-owned water park in the state of Texas. The park has a natural park-like setting and features 18 water slides and the largest interactive water playground in Texas, the five-leveled ”Frogstein's Splashatory”.
The park features the lazy “Endless River” and “NRH2Ocean”, a16,000 square foot wave pool with a zero beach entry. The children’s area features the “Tadpole Swimming Hole” including a variety of slides and climbing nets. Body slides include the enclosed slides of “Black Falls” and “Blue Twister” and the open slide, “Great White”. Two-person slides include the “Double Dipper family slide, the “Purplepalooza enclosed slide and world's tallest and longest uphill water roller coaster, the “Green Extreme”. A new addition to the park is the “Accelerator” four-lane racer.
NRH2O offers free parking and tubes and is open May through September with varying hours of operation.

The city of Odessa features two small water parks that are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day with varying operating hours. Both parks feature sand playgrounds and volleyball, large slides and zero-entry activity pools with vortex and swim channels. Also featured are shallow kiddie pools that include a multi-level play structure with slides, lily pad walks and interactive water features.

Paradise Waterpark is a 3-acre park located in Silsbee that is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Water features include the “Hula Loop” lazy river, the “Cliffhanger” and “Hawaiian Twister” body slides and a four-story tower with two body slides. Kids can enjoy the “Kahuna Lagoon” water playground with tipping buckets, water canons and a multi-level play structure with slides and interactive water features. Other attractions include a sand volleyball court and live nightly entertainment.

The Plex Family Entertainment Center is a small amusement park in Wichita Falls. Attractions include bumper boats, go-karts and two 18-hole miniature golf courses. It is home to Texas’ largest outdoor batting cage facility and a large arcade with kiddie rides. The Plex is open year-round with varying operating hours.
