Cascade Bay is a large municipal water park that is open May through September. The park includes a lazy river with slide and a zero-entry leisure pool with "Typhoon", Hurricane" and "Twin Falls" slides. The leisure pool also includes the pipe falls and mini slide of the "Shipwreck Falls" water playground. Other children’s activities include the "Sandpiper Beach" sand play area.

Como Town is a small amusement park aimed at entertaining children ages one through twelve. It is open April through September and includes 19 rides and attractions including the "Tornado", "Frog Hopper", "Tea Cups" and the "Screamin' Dragon" kiddie coaster. The Depot Indoor Water Park is a 15,000 square-foot facility located within The Depot Hotel in Minneapolis. The park is open year round and includes an arcade, spa, three-story slide and four activity pools. Children's areas include a sprayground, basketball activity pool and zero-entry play pool with locomotive climbing structure, slides, tipping bucket and interactive water features..

The Edge Waterpark is a 35,000 square-foot indoor facility located within the Double JJ Ranch Resort in Rothbury. This island themed park is open year round and includes an arcade, lazy river and vortex pool. Slides include the "Tiki Thriller" body slide and "Tiki Tumbler" tube slide. The Edge also features the zero-entry "Paradise Playground" kid's area with water walk, basketball hoops and multi-level play structure with slides, interactive water features and tipping bucket.

Edina Aquatic Center is a small municipal water park that is open June through September. It includes zero-entry Olympic-size lap pool with two slides and cable that allows guests to glide across the pool. Children’s play areas include the zero-entry activity pool with slides, tire swings and interactive water features as well as the dry playground with toddler area, slides and treehouse.
