Mustang Water Slides is a small water park located within the Lopez Lake Recreation Area near Arroyo Grande. Water attractions look out over Lopez Lake and include four hot spas, two 660-foot hilltop waterslides and the four-story half-pipe inner tube ride, “Stampede”. The Pony Pools and Slides area includes two shallow kids’ areas, waterfall trees and mini slides. It is open from May through September with varying operating hours.

Pacific Park is a classic-style seaside amusement park on the historic Santa Monica Pier that attracts more than 3 million visitors a year. Built in 1996, it is LA’s only admission-free amusement park and is open daily with varying seasonal hours. Pacific Park features twelve rides including the “West Coaster” oceanfront coaster, “Inkie’s Scrambler”, the “Sea Dragon” and the tower ride, “Pacific Plunge”. Also featured is “Pacific Wheel”, the world’s first solar-powered Ferris wheel. The “Kids Cove” area features rides like the “Red Baron” plane ride, the “Frog Hopper” and the “Crazy Submarine”.
Pacific Park also offers 21 midway games including classics like “Surfside Skeeball” and “Riptide Ring Toss”. Newer additions include the “Crazy Cruiser” bike game and the “Pirate’s Cove Mini Golf Course”.
